Namus will make the fourth defense of her WPBF world title

The World Professional Boxing Federation (WPBF) women's world super lightweight champion Chris Namus (16-3-0,7 KOs) will make the fourth defense of her WPBF women's world super lightweight title against Adriana Salles (12-6-1,6 KOs) of Brazil on June 23,2012 at Estadio Cr.Gaston Guelfi/ Palacio Penarol, Montevideo,Uruguay.

 

Chris Namus was born on October 3,1987 in Montevideo,Uruguay. Just 22 years old but already dubbed "Bombon Asesino" by the combination of her beauty and her manner of fighting. On February 13,2010,Chris Namus won the vacant WPBF women's world super lightweight title with an impressible seventh-round TKO victory over Adriana Salles of Brazil,Chris Namus made history by becoming Uruguay's first world boxing champion. Her boxing career has strong support from the President of Uruguay.
